Payment terms
Booking is considered as confirmed after deposit payment of 50% of the accommodation rate. 
Supplement to be done 7 days prior arrival /for group bookings only/

Cancellation policy
Up to 14 days prior arrival - full refund of the booking.
Up to 7 days days prior to arrival - the deposit amount is non-refundable. The booking could be moved to another convenient period.
